What kinds of food are in your meal plans? What if I have dietary restrictions?
All of the recipes are gluten-free, low-carb, and completely satiating. They include chicken, beef, pork, fish, berries, vegetables, dairy, and delicious keto desserts! If you are dairy-free or Paleo, many of the recipes can be adapted to fit those restrictions. If you are vegetarian, it may be hard, as most of the meals are based around meat.
Can I still do keto if I don't digest fats well or don't have a gallbladder?
I have an entire video dedicated to this subject, but yes, you can! The video offers many suggestions to make a keto diet doable if you don't have a gallbladder or don't digest fats well. A few of the recommendations include starting slowly with the fat, eating certain types of fat, and taking digestive support and supplements.
Doesn't eating fat cause high cholesterol?
I have a whole video about this in the program as well, diving into the science. However, cholesterol is essential for your health!
Bad cholesterol is caused by consuming sugar, vegetable oils, GMOs, having high cortisol (stress), and having high blood sugar.
You increase the good cholesterol by cutting out carbs and eating healthy fat. Eating healthy fat is not something to be scared of!
Do I have to count calories?
No, you do not have to count calories! Calories in, calories out doesn't work! It's about eating the right foods to nourish your body and correct your health issues from the inside out, not counting calories! All while losing weight effortlessly, feeling great, and never being hungry! Period.
